Arpi Parikh

MSW, RSW, Psychotherapist

Arpi Parikh is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist specializing in the psychological assessment and treatment of individuals recovering from Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs). She is passionate about helping clients navigate the emotional, cognitive, and psychological challenges that often arise following an accident, including anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, adjustment difficulties, sleep disturbances, depression, fear of driving, and changes in daily functioning.

Arpi understands that recovery from an accident extends beyond physical rehabilitation. Emotional distress, loss of confidence, relationship strain, financial stress, and changes in work or lifestyle can significantly impact a person's well-being. She works collaboratively with clients and rehabilitation teams to support recovery and improve overall quality of life.

Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to address each client's unique needs and recovery goals.
